Yahoo! Finance exclusive breaking new todays report release a shocking new on Microsoft buying Yahoo!.
According to report released on The Wall Street Journal Website, Yahoo were plan to remain independent thus reject Microsoft Corp offer that start buzz internet market few days back.
At the same report yahoo boards feels that 31 usd per share offered by Microsoft was under value.
They expect to have a deal at elast 40 usd per share which giving a total value of 56.6 billions us dollar.
Its still uncertain whether Microsoft still interested on the deal after yahoo put such a massive amount cash demand on the table
, and if Microsoft will want to continue the deal then they have to increse their bid and that leads them to have a first time debt said said Liddell.
